Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through your account (if applicable).
2. Refund Eligibility
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
50% refund if cancellation is made between 7–13 days before check-in.
No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Any special promotions, non-refundable bookings, or last-minute offers are not eligible for refunds.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), but we will work to reschedule or credit your booking when possible.
5. Modifications
Date changes or modifications may be allowed depending on availability, but may incur additional charges.
